Su Do Ku - A great puzzle.
Dont know how many of you know about this puzzle. Last week Times of India has started giving a daily puzzle of sudoku. This is a very popular puzzle in Japan. It is becoming very popular in US and now in India. Puzzle is something like this. There is a large square having 9 rows and columns. It is subdivided into 3X3 sub squares containing 9 cells. So in total 9 rows, 9 columns and 9 squares. The objective is to fill up every row, every column and every square with 1 to 9 numbers without any repetition.

I read about this in the Economist magazine sometime in the month of May. Most Indian newspapers have started carrying Sudoku puzzles. Even the Hindu newspapers has Sudoku puzzles everyday.
